Check-in & Check-out:

• Check-in: 11:00 AM (earlier check-in allowed if villas are available at no additional cost)

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

• Non-refundable payments required to confirm booking:
  • 20% for 120+ days before arrival
  • 50% for 120-90 days before arrival
  • 100% for within 90 days before arrival
• Cancellation Fees: Non-refundable payments forfeited upon cancellation.
• Rescheduling: Allowed within 12 months if done 90 days prior to the original travel date.
